The Engager Report by Brand Profile helps you identify the most active and engaged contacts across different brand profiles. This report is useful for monitoring list quality, measuring brand profile performance, and optimizing future campaigns.
Steps to Create the Report
Navigate to Reporting > Campaign Reports.
Select Brand Profile, in the Reporting Center, open the Brand Profile dropdown, and choose the brand for which you want to generate the report
Apply Additional Filters (Optional) - You can refine your selection further by adding:
Date Range
List Name
Check the box next to each campaign you want to include in the report.
From the Actions dropdown menu, choose Create Segment from Reports.
Set Up Your Segment
A new page will open where you'll configure your segment:
Select List - Choose the existing list the segment should belong to.
Create New Segment - Give your new segment a clear and descriptive name.
Select Report Condition - Choose the conditions that define engagement.
For the engagement segment, select:Opened
Clicked
Click Create to generate your new engager segment.
Where to Find It
Once created, you can view and manage your new segment under:
