You will not be able to utilize a Brand profile if all the steps are not completed. If the Brand profile is not completed you will not see the from address available when creating your campaign. The Brand profile needs to be complete for it to show up while creating your campaigns.
Each of the following steps need to be completed:
From address ownership verification
Reply to ownership verification (if not the same as from address)
Postmaster Address verified through our Support Chat.
