In the Reports section, every campaign shows a status that indicates where it is in the sending process. Each status has a color label to help you quickly identify it.
Status Types
Preparation (Yellow):
The system is preparing your message for delivery.Sending (Green):
The campaign is currently sending.Resending (Light Blue):
The first send attempt has finished. The system will continue resending automatically until optimal delivery is achieved.Stopped (Red):
Sending has been manually stopped using the Stop Delivery option in Reports.Finished (Gray):
The message has completed sending and is no longer retrying. Reports will still update as subscribers open, click, or engage with the email.
These status indicators give you real-time visibility into your campaign progress and delivery.
