Prerequisites: This plugin requires Wordpress and Gravity Forms

To download this plugin go your plugins area in your wordpress site and search for "Emercury for Gravity Forms" or you can download directly from here or the wordpress plugin page here

Once you have installed the plugin you will need to update your settings and connect your Emercury List.

Add API key into Emercury Settings 

Create new Feed for selected Gravity Form:

Select Emercury List to connect to

Map Emercury fields to the form fields

You can use conditional Logic:

When the form has been submitted and the conditional logic has worked, then the contact information will be sent to the Emercury list and added as an entry as shown below.
