You can switch to a different plan directly from your Emercury panel. This process is managed in the Billing Settings under Plans.

Downgrading Your Plan

When downgrading to a smaller plan, you must ensure your active subscribers are within the new plan’s limits.

Example:

  • Current plan: Pro 200 (up to 199,999 subscribers).

  • You want to downgrade to Pro 150 (up to 149,999 subscribers).

  • To do this, you must remove 50,000 subscribers from your list.

Important: You cannot remove subscribers that have been mailed in the past 30 days.

Steps to downgrade:

  • Go to Settings → Billing Settings → Plans.

  • Click Purchase next to the plan you want to downgrade to.

  • Provide your credit card information or select a saved card.

  • Once payment is processed, your plan is automatically updated.

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading is simpler than downgrading — you don’t need to remove subscribers.

Steps to upgrade:

  • Go to Settings → Billing Settings → Plans.

  • Click Purchase next to the plan you want to upgrade to (e.g., from Pro 200 to Pro 300).

  • Provide your credit card information or select a saved card.

  • Once payment is processed, your plan is automatically updated.

That’s it! Your subscriber plan has been successfully updated.
