Enable an Automation

By default, all automations are created in a Disabled state, so nothing is sent until you’re ready.

When your automation is fully set up:

  1. Select the checkbox next to your automation

  2. Click Enable Selected

Your automation will now begin running.

Disable an Automation

Need to pause an active automation?

  1. Select the checkbox next to the automation

  2. Click Disable Selected

The status will change from Enabled → Disabled, and emails will stop sending.

Delete an Automation

To permanently remove an automation:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the automation

  2. Click Actions → Delete

Note: Deleting an automation cannot be undone.

Quick tip

  • Use Disable if you may need the automation again later

  • Use Delete only when you’re sure you no longer need it
