Sometimes, you may need to stop, restart, or delete a campaign from the reporting section in Emercury. Here's how to do it:

How to Stop a Campaign

To stop a campaign that is currently sending, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Campaign Reports.

  2. Select the campaign you want to stop.

  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Stop delivery.

Note: Stopping a campaign will halt any future sends, but reporting data for the campaign will still be accessible.

How to Restart a Campaign

If you wish to restart a campaign that was stopped and continue sending, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Campaign Reports.

  2. Select the campaign you want to restart.

  3. From the Actions dropdown, choose Resend Softs.

Note: This action will resend your soft bounces, and your campaign will continue sending.

How to Delete a Campaign from Reporting

If you no longer want to see a campaign’s data in your reports, or if you want to remove it entirely from your account, you can delete it from the system. Here’s how:

  3. From the Actions dropdown, choose the Delete option.

Note: Deleting a campaign from Emercury is permanent and cannot be restored. However, you do have the option to view deleted campaigns.
