Understanding Your Results

Trend Graph

The main graph displays:

  • Multiple colored lines: Each line represents a different brand profile

  • Vertical axis: Open rate percentage

  • Horizontal axis: Date range

  • Color coding:

    • Red highlights: Indicate domains with concerning downward trends or poor performance

    • Yellow highlights: Show domains at risk or showing warning signs

    • Normal display: Represents stable or improving engagement

Data Table

Below the graph, you'll find a detailed table showing:

  • Column headers: Your selected brand profiles

  • Row headers: Individual dates within your selected time range

  • Cell values: Specific open rate percentages for each brand profile on each date

Interpreting Your Data

Understanding Zero Values

Important Note: You may see 0% open rates on certain dates. This typically means:

  • No emails were sent to that domain on that date

  • The calculation shows 0% because there were no emails to open

This is normal and expected for days when no campaigns were sent.

Identifying Trends

Positive Trends:

  • Steady or increasing open rates over time

  • Consistent engagement across dates when emails were sent

Warning Signs:

  • Declining open rates over consecutive sending days

  • Sudden drops in engagement for specific domains

  • Inconsistent performance patterns

Best Practices

Regular Monitoring

  • Check domain trends weekly to catch issues early

  • Pay special attention to major email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook)

  • Compare trends across different brand profiles to identify account-specific issues

Taking Action

  • If you notice declining trends for a specific domain, consider:

    • Reviewing your content for that audience

    • Adjusting send frequency

    • Checking your sender reputation

    • Consulting with our support team for deliverability advice

Comparative Analysis

  • Use multiple brand profiles to identify if issues are account-wide or brand-specific

  • Compare performance across different time periods to understand seasonal patterns

Troubleshooting

Common Questions:

Q: Why do I see so many 0% values? A: Zero values appear on dates when no emails were sent to the selected domain. This is normal and expected.

Q: Can I select multiple domains at once? A: Currently, the report analyzes one domain at a time. To compare multiple domains, run separate reports for each.

Q: How often is the data updated? A: Domain trending data is updated regularly as campaigns are sent and engagement is tracked.
