Creating your own email templates in Emercury allows you to build reusable designs that match your brand and save time when launching campaigns.

How to Create a Template

  1. Navigate to Assets > My Templates.

  2. Under Manage Custom Email Templates, click the βž• (plus sign) to create a new email template from scratch.

  3. You have two options:

    • Use the Drag & Drop Template Editor for easy design.

    • Paste or upload your own HTML.

  4. Once your design is complete:

    • Enter a Template Name.

    • Click Save.

Your template is now stored and ready for use in future campaigns.

How to Use a Saved Template

When creating a new campaign:

  1. In the Create campaign, choose Import from Library.

  2. Select the My Templates tab.

  3. Choose your saved template to load it into the campaign editor.

Note: You can edit your templates anytime under the My Templates section, clicking on the campaign, and from the three dots select Edit template.
