Emercury reporting system allows you to track many aspects of your email campaigns. One of these is mobile reporting, which helps you understand how many of your subscribers are viewing and interacting with your emails on mobile devices.

Why Mobile Reporting Matters

Tracking mobile opens and clicks gives you insight into subscriber behavior. This can help you:

  • Optimize campaigns for mobile users.

  • Improve mobile-friendly design and readability.

  • Understand what portion of your audience engages primarily on mobile vs. desktop.

How to View Mobile Reporting

  1. From the top menu, click Reporting.

  2. Locate the campaign you want to review and double-click the report ID.

  3. Review the report details for Opened and Clicked conditions.

Report Details

On the report details page, you’ll see two important columns:

  • Is Mobile – Displays:

    • Y if the subscriber opened/clicked from a mobile device.

    • N if the subscriber opened/clicked from a non-mobile device.

  • User Agent – Provides additional information about the subscriber’s device type.

That’s it! You can now identify how many subscribers engage with your campaigns via mobile versus desktop.
