Understanding Reporting

In this guide, you’ll learn how to navigate and understand reporting in Emercury, so you can track and analyze your email campaign performance.

What is the Reporting Center?

Emercury’s reporting system allows you to monitor customer activity and campaign performance by tracking key metrics like opens, clicks, and more.

To get started, go to the Reports tab to view your campaign history.

Key features of the Reporting Center

From the top menu, you can:

  • Search reports by campaign name

  • Filter reports by date

  • Export reports in different formats

  • Refresh data manually or automatically

You can also view a statistics snapshot, which provides a quick overview of selected campaigns.
