No, you cannot use a Brand Profile unless all required steps are completed. If the profile is incomplete, the From Address will not appear as an option when creating your campaigns.
To ensure your Brand Profile is available during campaign creation, each step must be completed successfully.
Required Steps for Brand Profile Setup
From Address ownership verification
SPF verification
DKIM verification
Reply-To ownership verification (if different from From Address)
Footer information (organization details, address, alignment)
Add a Verification Key, we will send a DNS TXT record to add to the root of your domain (done through Emercury Support Chat).
Once all steps are complete and verified, your Brand Profile will appear as an option when creating campaigns.
