Searching for Contacts

In this article, you will learn how to use the Search Contacts feature in Emercury.

The Search Contacts feature allows you to quickly find subscribers in your account using both system-defined and custom fields.

How to Access Search Contacts

  1. From the top menu, click Contacts โ†’ Search Contacts.

  2. Click the Search button to open the search window.

Search Options

You can search by:

  • System-defined fields, including:

    • Email

    • List

    • Subscriber status

    • Signup date

    • Hard bounces

    • Soft bounces

(Definitions of these fields can be found in the footer under Common Questions โ†’ Getting Started โ†’ Quick Start for New Users.)

Running a Search

  1. Select the field(s) you want to filter by.

  2. Enter your search criteria.

  3. Click Search.

  4. The system will display all contacts matching your criteria.

Thatโ€™s it! You can now easily find contacts using both default and custom fields in your Emercury account.
