The Import History feature gives you insights into any issues that occur when uploading contacts into Emercury. It helps you identify why certain email addresses were not added to your list and provides a clear breakdown of every import action.

Why Use Import History?

If you upload a list of 100 emails but only see 50 added, something went wrong. By reviewing Import History, you can:

  • See what happened during the import.

  • Identify problematic contacts.

  • Download error details to resolve issues quickly.

How to Access Import History

  1. Go to Contacts → Import History.

  2. Here you’ll see all your previous import actions.

To review errors:

  • Scroll to the right.

  • Click Download to get a detailed error report.

  • Open the file in any text editor (e.g., Notepad).

  • Review reasons why emails were not added.
