To run Emercury campaigns, your Privacy Notice needs to include statements for the following:
A description of the types of data (IP addresses, cookie identifiers, website activity) that your site will collect.
Instructions for how to opt out of receiving targeted advertising.
When visitors signup on your subscription forms:
The form should not be pre-checked to receive marketing emails
The form should indicate clearly what you plan on mailing the subscriber and if they consent to receiving these emails.
Where to Place Your Privacy Notice
A link to your Privacy Notice should be clearly visible on all site pages where you collect personal information and have your AdRoll Pixel.
